This form is an Interest in purchasing an apartment and not a booking of any unit. I/We understand that this interest is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. I/We also understand that submission and acceptance of this interest does not confirm or create any rights in my/our favor and shall not be construed as a confirmation of allotment in my/our favor. Acceptance and/or rejection of this interest is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
I/we understand that the booking and allotment process for the Project is not yet open to the public. I/We hereby submit our interest to be allotted and sold the preferred unit indicated above in the Project as and when the Company commences the process of allotment in the normal course of business.
I/We do understand that the selection and allotment of unit is subject to availability & final confirmation from the Company, and allocation of such unit will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
This Interest is for a residential apartment and the right of allotment rests only with the company.
There is no specific commitment on the unit number by the Company with respect to this interest application.
An applicant can register for only one unit per form.
The allotment would be on a first come-first serve basis, subject to approval of the application.
All pricing and allotment decisions are at the sole discretion of the company.
Offer is subject to force majeure conditions.
This registration is subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments will be 100% refundable if the customer chooses to cancel the order.
